The room offered ample space and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Valet parking provided ease of access (even with a slightly higher price point).

ice machine malfunction unresponsive remote
i wasnt so happy with a couple things. first, the ice machine on my floor wasnt working. i had to go to another floor for ice. also, i had trouble with the tv remote, it was difficult to use and not very responsive, it made changing channels a real pain.

decent stay overall
room cleanliness bedside light water bottle early check-in advance notice
i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. the room had nice lights on each side of the bed. there were travel bottles of water available for refills on the floor (i always appreciate that).
i did not like i had to pay a fee for checking in 30 minutes early. i had a baby with me (it would have been nice if they understood that).
